　　常州外國語附屬雙語學(xué)校坐落在常州市新北區(qū)，緊鄰常州外國語學(xué)校。學(xué)校地理位置優(yōu)越，滬蓉高速公路、京滬高速鐵路相鄰，交通十分便利。學(xué)校主要功能是為境內(nèi)優(yōu)秀學(xué)生和外籍人士子女提供的國際教育服務(wù)，是常州且一貫制IB世界學(xué)校。常州外國語附屬雙語學(xué)校以服務(wù)學(xué)生的個(gè)性化選擇和成長需求為宗旨，以實(shí)現(xiàn)中西教育的優(yōu)勢融合為追求，努力打造為常州地區(qū)及周邊城市有影響力的現(xiàn)代國際學(xué)校。

　　Changwai Bilingual School (CBS) is located in Xinbei district, adjacent to the Changzhou Foreign Languages School. The school boasts a fantastic location. In close proximity to the Shanghai-Chengdu Expressway and the Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Railway, it is highly accessible. The school aims to provide an excellent international education for both outstanding domestic students and expat students, and it's the first and only IB World School in Changzhou. With a view to becoming a modern international school which will have an impact in Changzhou and its neighboring cities, the bilingual school strives to meet students' individuality and developmental needs and to leverage the benefits of Chinese and Western educational systems.

　　課程體系 Curriculum

　　CBS初中部提供IBMYP課程。MYP是國際組織(IBO)為11-16歲的學(xué)生設(shè)計(jì)的課程項(xiàng)目，強(qiáng)調(diào)智力方面的挑戰(zhàn)，鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生在他們所學(xué)習(xí)的傳統(tǒng)學(xué)科與真實(shí)世界之間建立聯(lián)系。它培養(yǎng)學(xué)生發(fā)展溝通、多元文化理解和全球參與等方面的技能，對于將要成為全球的年輕人來說，這些都是至關(guān)重要的品質(zhì)。

　　Our Middle Years Programme (MYP) is for students from age 11-16. The MYP emphasizes intellectual challenge, encouraging students to make connections between their studies in traditional subjects and the real world. It fosters the development of skills for communication, intercultural understanding and global encouragement which are essential qualities for young people who are becoming global leaders.
