天馬行空想法不僅被認(rèn)可?還可以促進(jìn)解決現(xiàn)實世界問題?領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、團(tuán)隊協(xié)作及演講力也能直線up?

　　許多學(xué)生和家長，甚至國內(nèi)外教育人士對我們圣比斯公學(xué)全球“”的GAP課程充滿無限好奇。

　　今天我們特意邀請研發(fā)此課程的中英融合教育專家——圣比斯公學(xué)全球總校長Roger Sinnett先生，作為官方首次權(quán)威發(fā)布，親自為大家揭開GAP課程的神秘面紗!

　　圣比斯“”課程

　　在圣比斯公學(xué)，每個圣比斯人都為公學(xué)獨自研發(fā)的、世界上的GAP 課程而感到驕傲!到底什么是GAP呢?GAP在圣比斯特公學(xué)特指：Global Awareness Programme(全球意識課程)。

　　全球意識課程(GAP - Global Awareness Programme)不僅僅是一門課程，也是貫徹在整個學(xué)習(xí)過程中的一種態(tài)度。學(xué)生們通過辯論、討論、演示、團(tuán)隊活動組織形成解決現(xiàn)實世界的問題的意見和想法 。

　　正是這種對更廣闊世界的認(rèn)識，不僅增強每個學(xué)生系統(tǒng)分析和解決問題的能力，還會全面提高他們的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力、團(tuán)隊協(xié)作能力、獨立性及公共演講能力等。這些能力將進(jìn)一步發(fā)展他們獨特的個性，成為真正的自己，并為未來多變的世界做好準(zhǔn)備。

　　探究：建立解決現(xiàn)實世界問題的聯(lián)系

　　同學(xué)們會構(gòu)思一個宏大的話題，可以是任何天馬行空的想法!它會涉及到我們生活當(dāng)中的方方面面，如：

　　“每個家庭都應(yīng)該養(yǎng)寵物”

　　“如果全世界都由女性來領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，世界會更和平”

　　決定了討論的話題后，全班同學(xué)一起進(jìn)行頭腦風(fēng)暴。同學(xué)們貢獻(xiàn)的觀點與想法，將被記錄下來并形成思維導(dǎo)圖。隨著不同觀點的增加，討論的氣氛便開始醞釀。

　　We start with the big idea and the big idea could be anything. For example:

　　“It’s every home should have a pet.”

　　“It could be if all the world’s leaders were women, it would be a more peaceful world.”

　　Could be anything. The students take that idea, and we brainstorm it as a class. When we brainstorm it, the children throw up certain ideas which we use to build the mind map. Once we done that, we got the all ideas cooking and bubbling, then we divide the students into groups. Groups of three, four, or five students.

　　老師將對同學(xué)們進(jìn)行分組，由三至五名同學(xué)組成。每組還將推選出一名組長，組長可由任一名組員擔(dān)任。每個小組都是獨立的;各小組將根據(jù)思維導(dǎo)圖中的一個分論點進(jìn)行討論。

　　意味著同學(xué)們要進(jìn)行團(tuán)隊協(xié)作，要互相討論，也要互相辯論。

　　隨后，他們便進(jìn)入到調(diào)研階段。同學(xué)們上網(wǎng)獲取資料及靈感，記錄要點，并形成小組的基礎(chǔ)論據(jù)。大家齊心協(xié)力，充實基礎(chǔ)論據(jù)的內(nèi)容，并準(zhǔn)備小組匯報。較后，每個小組都會在全班同學(xué)的面前展示小組調(diào)研的成果。

　　在整個全球意識課程(GAP - Global Awareness Programme)中，同學(xué)們需要分工合作，搜索信息、統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)、分析總結(jié)，每個同學(xué)都在項目合作里各司其職，發(fā)揮所長。

　　We divide the students into groups. Groups of three, four, or five students.They elect a leader and it could be anyone of them. And each group is independent. They follow a line of thought that their discussions bring.

　　So they get to the teamwork, the team discusses, debates.

　　Then it moves on to the research side.In research, they use search engines and they create their ideas, bring them back and create an argument.And that argument actually builds a presentation.A presentation, with the stand in front of the class, and they present their findings.

　　In the whole GAP program, students need to work together, search information, count data, analysis and summary. Each student performs them duties and give full play to them strength.

　　個性化教學(xué)是圣比斯公學(xué)的核心，我們有獨特的“個人導(dǎo)師體系”。專業(yè)導(dǎo)師從學(xué)生入學(xué)的第一天就會與學(xué)生及家長一起制定符合學(xué)生特點的未來學(xué)業(yè)及職業(yè)目標(biāo)，并針對每個學(xué)生的發(fā)展進(jìn)度進(jìn)行跟蹤、記錄、反饋、調(diào)整，挖掘?qū)W生較大的潛能。

　　在全球意識課程(GAP - Global Awareness Programme)中，我們也會充分關(guān)注每位同學(xué)的成長。導(dǎo)師會全程錄制各個小組匯報的情況，不僅便于日后進(jìn)行回放，幫助大家了解自己的優(yōu)勢與不足，并提出意見和建議，引導(dǎo)大家日后在公共演講方面取得更大進(jìn)步!
