In May 2023. Foshan Weide International School officially obtained certification from the Cambridge International Education, joining the Cambridge global community.

Cambridge IGCSE, a foundational educational qualification program for teenagers aged 14 to 16. is an international certificate course. It roughly corresponds to the eighth and ninth grades of the national curriculum.

The Cambridge IGCSE offers more than 70 subjects for students to choose from. Typically, students can select between 5 to 12 subjects based on their own characteristics, interests, hobbies, and professional direction, completing them within one to two years. IGCSE exam results serve not only as important reference standards for university applications but also as a transition into further stages of education.

A-Level courses, formally known as the University of Cambridge International General Certificate of Education: Advanced Level, are an international school-leaving qualification for admission to universities worldwide. These courses are almost universally recognised by universities that teach in English

學(xué)生通常需要兩年時(shí)間完成A-Level階段的學(xué)習(xí)并參加考試。劍橋A-level高中高級(jí)學(xué)歷課程提供50多門學(xué)科供學(xué)生選擇。學(xué)生在選課時(shí)需要考慮自身的興趣特長(zhǎng)以及大學(xué)的專業(yè)方向，通常選擇3至4門學(xué)科學(xué)習(xí)。

Students typically spend two years completing their A-Level studies and taking exams. The Cambridge A-level high school advanced diploma course offers more than 50 subjects for students to choose from. When selecting courses, students consider their own interests, strengths, and the direction of their university majors, usually opting for 3 to 4 subjects to study.
