　　(二)報名材料：

　　1、填寫完整的《入學申請表》1份;

　　3、初中畢業(yè)證復印件1份(如已畢業(yè));

　　4、本人近期免冠藍底2寸彩照2張;

　　5、入學考試費350元人民幣。

　　2.憑中考成績入學：上海戶籍學生420分以上，非上海戶籍學生不低于當地普高錄取分數線20分以內。

　　3.在原所在學校無任何不良記錄。

　　收費標準：

　　1. 學費標準：58000元/年(高三根據實際方向而定)

　　2. 雙學籍注冊費：12000元/年

　　3. 住宿費：8000元/年

　　4. 其他雜費：8000元/年

　　5. 餐費及校車費：根據實際情況自理
